Some trades pay $10 a click. Roofing can pay $130.
The spread inside home services is huge, and it changes everything: budget, bidding, how hard the landing page has to work. A $20 click that books a $450 repair and a $130 click that books a $9,000 roof are both good deals, if the account knows the difference.
That’s why every account we run is optimized to job value, not cheap clicks.

Every ring, traced back to the ad that caused it.
Most contractors can’t tell which campaign booked Tuesday’s water heater. Ours can. Every call and form is tagged with the campaign, keyword and channel that produced it, then matched to the job it became in your field-service software.

Typical pattern in most US markets. Your climate shifts it; we plan yours from your own search data.
A generalist agency markets everyone. We market the trades.
Six things we set up in every contractor account, because they’re where home services money is made or lost.
- 01 · Emergency intent
Built for the 2 a.m. search
“Emergency plumber near me” converts far better than “plumbing company.” Emergency campaigns run separately, with call-only ads after hours and bids set to your dispatch hours.
- 02 · Seasonality
Budgets that follow the weather
Heat waves, freezes and storm seasons move demand overnight. Bid rules and budgets shift with the calendar, so you’re not paying summer prices in the slow months.
- 03 · Local Services Ads
Google Guaranteed, done for you
Local Services Ads sit above everything for home services searches and charge per lead, not per click. We handle the setup, screening and disputes on bad leads.
- 04 · Map pack
Own the local three-pack
For “near me” trades, the map pack is where calls start. Google Business Profile, service areas, photos, reviews and city pages, managed together.
- 05 · Job-value tracking
Optimized to revenue, not clicks
A $99 tune-up and a $12,000 replacement aren’t the same conversion. We import job values so Google bids for the work you actually want.
- 06 · AI answers
Named when homeowners ask AI
More homeowners ask ChatGPT or Gemini who to call. Your site answers the questions they ask, so assistants recommend you by name.
Live on Google in three business days.
Then we watch the first 72 hours closely, and share every bid review with you.
- Day 0
Kickoff
A call about your services, your service area, your best jobs and what a good lead looks like to you.
- Day 1
Research and structure
Account audit, competitor and keyword research, the strategy, and a campaign structure built around how your revenue splits.
- Day 2
Tracking
Google Analytics and Tag Manager connected, goals set up, and every call and form imported into Google Ads as a conversion, then tested.
- Day 3
Launch
Campaigns go live, with bid reviews at 24, 48 and 72 hours shared with you, and the first full optimization a week after the 72-hour review.
Three ways to build organic search

Two plans, priced on your ad spend
The management fee is set by how much you spend on ads, not by which plan you pick. The plan sets how often we get into the account. Ad spend goes to Google directly and is never bundled into our fee.
Core
- Biweekly optimization cycles
- Search & Performance Max campaign build
- Local Services Ads setup where eligible
- Conversion & call tracking, duration-thresholded
- Negative keyword management
- Monthly reporting on cost per lead
- Named strategist, direct access

What would my management fee be?
Fees are driven by ad spend alone. Google Ads is billed by Google to your own card. We never mark it up or take a cut of it. Month-to-month, cancel any time.
What business owners say about us.
Real reviews from real business owners. 4.9 stars on Google.
Home services marketing, answered.
Which home services trades do you work with?
Twenty home trades, each with its own playbook: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, general contractors, kitchen and bath remodeling, flooring, windows and doors, garage doors, fencing, concrete and masonry, paving, foundation repair, gutters, solar, generator repair, septic, sewer and drain, and handyman services. Landscaping, pools, pest control, moving and other property services have their own category.
What should a home services company budget for Google Ads?
Enough for at least 8 to 10 clicks a day in your main service, because below that Google never gets enough data to optimize. At a $20 average click that is roughly $5,000 to $6,000 a month. Smaller budgets can work when they focus on one high-value service and a tight service area, and our lead calculator shows what a budget buys in your trade.
What does a lead cost in home services?
Cost per lead is your cost per click divided by your conversion rate. At a $20 click and a 12% conversion rate, that is about $167 a lead. Our 2026 report shows ranges from about $20 a lead for TV installation to over $1,000 for competitive HVAC, plumbing and roofing markets, which is why we track every lead back to the job it booked.
Do you run Local Services Ads for contractors?
Yes. Local Services Ads sit above everything else for home services searches and charge per lead instead of per click, and the Google Guaranteed badge builds trust fast. We handle the setup and screening, keep your profile and reviews in shape, and dispute leads that should not count.
Do you integrate with ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Yes. We connect to the field-service software you already use, including ServiceTitan, Jobber and Housecall Pro, plus call tracking with CallRail or WhatConverts, so leads, booked jobs and revenue can be tied back to the campaign, keyword and ad that produced them.
How does seasonality affect home services marketing?
A lot. Heat waves and cold snaps drive HVAC, freezes drive plumbing, and storm seasons drive roofing, tree and fencing work. We plan budgets and bid rules around your local calendar so you are fully visible in peak weeks and not overspending in slow ones.
How fast can we launch?
Google Ads campaigns go live three business days after kickoff, with tracking set up and tested on day two. We review bids at 24, 48 and 72 hours and share each review with you. Local Services Ads follow once Google finishes screening, and SEO builds over the following months.
How much does home services marketing cost?
Google Ads management follows our published fee ladder: $400 a month for ad budgets under $1,000, $500 from $1,000 to $1,499, $600 from $1,500 to $1,999, $800 from $2,000 to $3,999, and $1,000 from $4,000 to $5,999, rising from there. SEO plans are listed in the pricing section. There are no long-term contracts, and ad spend is paid to Google directly.
