Find your practice. Open its playbook.
Each has its own overview, Google Ads playbook and SEO playbook, with the treatments, searches and costs that matter in that specialty.
Get more new patient appointments. Rank for chiropractic and back pain searches in your area.
Bring in new patients for injury recovery, post-surgery rehab and sports therapy, with insurance questions answered up front.
Attract Botox, laser, and aesthetic treatment clients. Premium marketing for med spa practices.
Fill your appointment book with haircut, color, and styling clients. Dominate salon searches in your city.
Generate home care, assisted living, and senior service leads. Reach families searching for elder care.
Generate new pet parent appointments. Dominate veterinary and emergency vet searches locally.
Get more grooming and pet spa appointments. Reach pet owners searching for groomers nearby.
A haircut is a $4 click. Dental implants can be $78.
Practices sell very different things under one roof: a $40 cleaning and a $4,000 implant, a $15 nail appointment and a $600 filler visit. The clicks are priced accordingly.
We split campaigns by treatment and value, so your budget goes to the appointments that grow the practice, not just the cheapest ones.

Trust is the product. We protect it.
Healthcare, beauty and pet care come with rules other industries don’t have. We build them into the account from day one, so nothing gets disapproved, flagged or pulled.
Healthcare ad policies
Some treatment names, prescription drugs and health claims are restricted in Google Ads. We write ads and pages that describe what you do and stay approved.
Patient privacy
Conversion tracking records that a booking happened, never what it was for. No health information goes to ad platforms.
Before-and-after rules
Galleries and testimonials that follow platform rules and your professional board’s guidance, so your best proof stays live.
Licensing and credentials
Credentials, certifications and memberships shown where they build trust, and marked up so search engines and AI can read them.
Practices don’t buy leads. They fill schedules.
Six things we set up in every practice account, because they decide whether ad spend turns into patients.
- 01 · By treatment
A campaign for every service line
Implants, Invisalign and emergencies; Botox, filler and laser; wellness exams and dental cleanings. Each gets its own budget, ads and landing page.
- 02 · Booking
Online booking, tracked to the ad
Calls, forms and online bookings are all counted, so you see which campaigns fill the book, not just which ones get clicks.
- 03 · Reviews
The reviews that decide the booking
Patients read reviews before they call. We build a review engine and show your best proof on every page.
- 04 · Policy
Healthcare ad policies handled
Google restricts some treatment names, health claims and before-and-after images. We write ads and pages that stay approved.
- 05 · Privacy
Tracking without patient details
We set up conversion tracking so health information never goes to ad platforms, only the fact that a booking happened.
- 06 · AI answers
Named when patients ask AI
More people ask ChatGPT or Gemini which dentist, vet or med spa to try. Your site answers their questions so assistants name you.
Every practice has its own rhythm.
Insurance resets in January, wedding season books the salons, summer fills the vet’s schedule. We plan budgets around yours.
Live on Google in three business days.
Then we watch the first 72 hours closely, and share every bid review with you.
- Day 0
Kickoff
A call about your services, your service area, your best jobs and what a good lead looks like to you.
- Day 1
Research and structure
Account audit, competitor and keyword research, the strategy, and a campaign structure built around how your revenue splits.
- Day 2
Tracking
Google Analytics and Tag Manager connected, goals set up, and every call and form imported into Google Ads as a conversion, then tested.
- Day 3
Launch
Campaigns go live, with bid reviews at 24, 48 and 72 hours shared with you, and the first full optimization a week after the 72-hour review.
Three ways to build organic search
Month-to-month, no long-term contract. Every plan includes technical SEO, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile management, the AEO basics (schema, AI crawler access, answer-first pages) and a named strategist. Want your AI answers tracked and worked on every week? See AEO + SEO.

What would my management fee be?
Fees are driven by ad spend alone. Google Ads is billed by Google to your own card. We never mark it up or take a cut of it. Month-to-month, cancel any time.
What business owners say about us.
Real reviews from real business owners. 4.9 stars on Google.
Health & beauty marketing, answered.
Which health and beauty practices do you work with?
Eight practice types, each with its own playbook: dentists, chiropractors, physical therapy, med spas, salons and barbershops, senior care, veterinarians and dog groomers.
How do you track new patients from ads?
Calls, forms and online bookings are each tracked as conversions and tied back to the campaign and keyword that produced them. We set this up so that no health information is sent to Google or other ad platforms, only the fact that a booking or call happened.
Can you advertise treatments like Botox or dental implants?
Yes, within Google’s policies. Google restricts some prescription drug names, health claims and before-and-after images in ads, so we write ads and landing pages that stay approved while still describing what you offer clearly.
What does a new patient cost from Google Ads?
It depends on the practice and the treatment. Our 2026 report shows cost per lead from about $30 to $780 for dentists and $67 to $1,040 for med spas, and far less for salons and groomers. The calculator on this page shows what a budget buys in your practice once you enter your own booking rate and patient value.
Do reviews really matter that much?
For practices, often more than anything else on the page. Patients compare ratings and read recent reviews before they call, and reviews also help you rank in the map pack. We build a steady review process and put your best proof where people decide.
How fast can we launch?
Google Ads campaigns go live three business days after kickoff, with tracking set up and tested on day two. We review bids at 24, 48 and 72 hours and share each review with you, and SEO and AI search work builds over the following months.
How much does health and beauty marketing cost?
Google Ads management follows our published fee ladder: $400 a month for ad budgets under $1,000, $500 from $1,000 to $1,499, $600 from $1,500 to $1,999, $800 from $2,000 to $3,999, and $1,000 from $4,000 to $5,999, rising from there. SEO plans are listed in the pricing section. There are no long-term contracts, and ad spend is paid to Google directly.
