Our Family

Three generations. One name on the truck.

“My grandfather taught my father, my father taught me, and my daughter rides along on Saturdays. The name on the truck is the name on our mailbox.”

Frank Delaney started Lakeside Plumbing in 1998 with one van and a promise he painted on the door himself: “The price we quote is the price you pay.” Twenty-seven years later that promise is still the whole business model.

Today his son Mike runs the crews, his daughter Erin runs the office, and eight of our twelve plumbers have been with us over a decade. When you call Lakeside, you're not a ticket number — you're a neighbor, and half the time we already know your street.

“Water heater died on a Sunday morning. Mike answered on the second ring, quoted me over the phone, and we had hot water by 3 PM. The bill matched the quote to the dollar.”

Sandra T.San Marco

“They repiped our whole 1962 ranch in five days and patched the drywall so well our painter couldn't find the seams. The crew wore booties. Booties!”

Greg & Dana H.Mandarin

“Another company quoted us $4,200 for a sewer line. Lakeside ran a camera, showed me the actual problem, and cleared it for $289. They've got a customer for life.”

Marcus W.Riverside

“The plumber took twenty minutes to teach my teenage son how to shut off the main and what to watch for. Nobody does that anymore. Nobody but these folks.”

Elaine R.Atlantic Beach

“Third generation using them — my grandmother called Frank, my mom calls Mike, and now Erin texts me appointment windows. A family business in the best sense.”

Tyler B.Orange Park

“Burst supply line at 11 PM, house flooding. Truck in our driveway in 40 minutes. They saved our floors and charged exactly the emergency rate they quote on the phone.”
