Free tools. When you use a free tool, we store what you enter (such as a business name, city, service or website address) and the result, so we can show you the report and keep a link to it. Tools that ask AI assistants about your business send your business name, service and city to those AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI and DataForSEO) to get their answers. If you give us your email, we use it to send what you asked for: your report, the output you built, a monthly re-check if you tick that box, occasional updates if you tick that box, or a reply from our team if you ask for a review. Every monthly re-check email has a one-click link to stop it. We keep tool records for up to 24 months, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing admin@mediaspearhead.com.

Meta Pixel: We implement Meta Pixel for conversion tracking on our clients' websites. Meta may collect data about your interactions. See Meta's Privacy Policy for information.

Payment Processors: Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

8. Google User Data

When you or our team connect a Google account to Media Spearhead’s tools (Spear and Spearhead Clarity), we access only the Google data needed to provide our services:

• Google Business Profile: your business listing, reviews and performance numbers (calls, direction requests, website clicks, views), used to show your results in your dashboard and reports. When a client connects their own profile, we only read it; we do not post, reply or change anything on it.
• Google Search Console and Google Analytics: search and website performance data, used for your reports and recommendations.
• Google Ads: campaign and performance data, used to manage and report on the accounts you hire us to manage.
• Gmail: used by our team members to send reports and messages to our clients from their own work accounts.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at Media Spearhead see it only when needed to provide our services to you, for security, or to comply with the law.

Access tokens are encrypted and stored on our servers. You can remove our access at any time in your Google Account (Security, then Your connections to third party apps and services), or by asking us at admin@mediaspearhead.com. When access is removed, we delete the stored tokens.

Media Spearhead’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

Media Spearhead's website and services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
